❤️ TestRail more
We think TestRail is one of the best Test Case Management Systems (TCM) in the market. TestRail has a modern UX and very thoughtful and flexible workflows. Despite an excellent product, TestRail lacks a ecosystem of integrations with testing tools, CI applications, and test frameworks. As such, TestRail often goes under utilized in many teams.
Railflow provides a rich set of integrations that aim to bring all testing activity to TestRail. Railflow has out of the box and commerically supported integrations for CI applications like Jenkins and TeamCity, testing tools like Playwright and Cypress, Test Frameworks like Cucumber BDD, JUnit, and TestNG, and a LOT more. And we are constantly adding more.
Our mission
This isn't our first rodeo into improving TCM integration tools. We have been quitely improving this painful area with our sister company for over 12 years - Agiletestware
After observing the impact of our tools on HP ALM users, we decided to work on TestRail user needs and started building a robust set of integrations for TestRail. We started researching this space, talked to countless TestRail users, beta tested various implementations, and after much work, launched Railflow for the general public.
We hope that Railflow allows your team to understand the full capabilities of TestRail by bringing all test activity within TestRail.

Our values
We are small team of really passionate, dedicated, and friendly engineers, sales and support, and product people. Our values allow us to work together as a team and with a common purpose: Improve developer testing experience
- Be World Class
- Try to be the best by learning from the best and then sharing with the rest. We are a community and this means we have to rely on each other to learn and grow
- Be an Active Listener
- Listen intently to all our customers and know that everyone can be somewhat different in their needs. Be curious about customer needs and ask good questions and don't worry about selling
- Guide not Sell
- Guide the customers to their goal and give them space to make decisions. If we have built a good product, and if we do a good job in guiding the customer, the customer will be your best advocate
- Be Curious
- Take time to understand why things are the way they are. There are very few things that are settled debate. As technology changes, many 'settled' solutions may need to be reimagined
- Growth Mindset
- We all make mistakes and without taking the time to understand these mistakes, we loose out on opportunties to learn. When you make mistakes, take responsibility, learn, grow, and don't be afraid
- Enjoy downtime
- Take care of yourself, friends, family, and the environment. If you are in a good space, you will bring that energy to work and to people around you and will naturally be your best self.
